Sol Impressions Etiquette

We are a professional massage therapy studio; we treat our clients with respect and dignity and expect the same in return. Our therapists adhere to proper draping techniques and answer any questions you may have about your massage treatment. Our therapists will not tolerate inappropriate comments, jokes or gestures during your massage. Acting in this manner is an insult to our therapists and will result in the immediate termination of your session and full payment will be due. It is the sole reponsibility of the client to request a specific therapist if needed, otherwise the receptionist books therapists according to their availability. We value all of our therapists & clients regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation or race. Please be respectful.

Arrival Prior to Your Massage

We ask that first-time clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their massages to fill out our intake and medical history form. Returning clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to their massages to check in, have a cup of water, and allow for down time to make their treatments more enjoyable.

Accepted forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash, and Local Checks. Our therapist appreciate and welcome gratuities. Gift certificates are available. Gift Certificate sales are final. We do not accept returns on retail items.

Massage Cancellation Policy

When you schedule a massage treatment at Sol Impressions Massage Studio, as a courtesy to our therapists and other guests please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment of changes or cancellations. Missed massage appointments and changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to full charge. All massage appointments are taken with a credit card number to reserve the time slots. This card is only charged when our cancellation policy is violated. Please bring cash, credit or a local check for payment after your appointment.

The logic behind our cancellation policy: It takes a lot of coordination to arrange a certified, licensed therapist to be available for your appointment. The therapists sometimes drive from all over the county and from neighboring counties to be on time for your appointment. There is limited availability at our studio, so cancellations made within 24 hours often mean that the studio has turned down other potential clients that would have loved your time slot, which means missed business and disappointed therapists. All spas in Breckenridge have a 24 hour, full charge cancellation policy for similar reasons. Out of resepect for our studio, our therapists and other clients who would like appointments, please plan your day properly. Thanks!

Note about our Receptionist

We are a small, family run business. Reservations may be taken from the studio or a home office, although most of the time there is a receptionist on site during business hours. Our front desk staff & reservationists are not therapists, but can answer questions that you may have about our treatments. When you arrive at the studio, please have a seat on the sofa, fill out an intake form and use the restroom. The therapist will greet you when they are done with their previous session.
