Sol Impressions Etiquette
We are a professional massage therapy studio; we treat our clients with respect and dignity and expect the same in return. Our therapists adhere to proper draping techniques and answer any questions that you may have about your treatment, please communicate. Our staff/ therapists will not tolerate inappropriate comments, jokes or gestures at any time. Acting in this manner will result in the immediate termination of your session and full payment will be due. It is the responsibility of the client to request a specific therapist if needed, otherwise the receptionist books therapists according to their availability. We value all of our therapists & clients regardless of age, gender, sexual/gender orientation or race. Please be kind & respectful.
Arrival Prior to Your Massage
We ask that clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to fill out an intake form. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to give you your full time, but that is dependent on therapist availability and subsequent bookings. Please plan properly so that you can get your full session.
Accepted forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Cash, and Local Checks. There is a 3% discount built into our pricing for Cash & Local Checks. Our therapists appreciate and welcome gratuities. Gift certificates are available. Gift Certificate sales are final. We do not accept returns on retail items.

Full Charge Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy
When you schedule a treatment at Sol Impressions Massage Studio, as a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment of changes or cancellations. Missed massage appointments, changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to full charge. We do not allow day-of rescheduling, which means that we will not allow you to change your appointment date or time with-in 24 hours of your appointment start time. All massage appointments are taken with a credit card number to reserve the time slots. This card is charged when our policy is violated. We want to be absolutely transparent about this policy, that’s why you are required to agree to the policy to book appointments by phone or online. Please bring cash or credit for payment after your appointment. In order to keep your credit card information safe, we cannot take appointments by email or message.
The logic behind our cancellation policy: It takes a great deal of coordination to arrange a certified, licensed therapist to be available for your appointment. The therapists often conquer mountain passes and challenging conditions to be on time. There is limited availability at our studio, so cancellations made within 24 hours often mean that the studio has turned down other potential clients, which means missed business and disappointed workers. All spas in Breckenridge have a 24 hour, full charge cancellation policy for the same reasons. If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to give you the full time, but your appointment time may get cut short. It depends on our next bookings and therapist availability. Out of respect for our studio, our therapists and other clients who would like appointments, please plan properly and give yourself extra time to get here. Thanks!
Every session at Sol Impressions requires the client to fill out an intake form which also serves as a liability waiver. Services at Sol Impressions are for the basic purpose of relaxation and should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. Massage therapy & skin treatments can be risky for persons with certain medical conditions & symptoms. There is no guarantee that massage therapy or skin treatments will improve a client’s symptoms (i.e pain, acne, etc). Partaking in a treatment is at the client’s own risk. The client assumes that risk. Sol Impressions Massage & Facials will not be held liable for aggravation to any symptomatology or medical condition, such as, but not limited to, pregnancy, skin conditions, allergies, spine conditions, muscular conditions, etc. Full payment is due at the time of service.
Lost & Found
We encourage you to keep your items in the basket provided. When you remove jewelry, please place it in your purse or a pocket for safe keeping. We are not responsible for your lost items. If we find a lost item, we have a basic lost & found box located at the reception desk. We are happy to mail small items to you that will fit in a letter sized envelope, otherwise shipping costs may apply. Please note that we are not in the jewelry storage business, so items left for over a month will get donated to the local thrift stores.
Note about our Receptionist
We are a small, family run business. Reservations may be taken from the studio or a home office, although most of the time there is a receptionist on site during business hours. Our front desk staff & reservationists can answer questions that you may have about our treatments, but please don’t assume that the person you spoke to is your therapist. It’s always best to talk directly to your therapist once your appointment starts about your problem areas, injuries, expectations, etc. When you arrive at the studio, please have a seat, fill out an intake form and use the restroom.
